Curriculum

The course's curriculum consists of 4 modules:

  1. Network Fundamentals (11 chapters)
  2. Routing Protocols and Concepts (11 chapters)
  3. LAN Switching and Wireless (7 chapters)
  4. Accessing the WAN (8 chapters)

First two modules are taught during Advanced Networking I while next two are taught during Advanced Networking II.

Tutorial

The course's tutoring has the exact same flow as the official CCNA course. During the first semester 1-3 chapters are taught every week, while during the second semester, 1-2 chapters are taught every week.

Examinations

The course includes examinations on a weekly basis. Students take one on-line test for each chapter and a final test at the end of each module. At the end of every semester there is a final written examination that covers the whole curriculum. On-line tests are in the English language and are taken without having access to study material. The final written examination is in Greek. During that examination, students are allowed to have access to course's curriculum and they are also allowed unrestricted Internet access.
